Festival of Lights Diwali was celebrated at the Jhunjhunu Academy as Deepotsava with traditional zeal and spirit. The whole Wisdom City campus wore a bridal look on this occasion. The students and the teachers decorated their classrooms, the corridors and every nook and cranny of the Wisdom City with wonderful rangolis and candles. In the evening Jivem Chairman Dr. Dilip Modi, Managing Director Mrs. Nirja Modi, Executive Director Mr. Ashutosh Modi lighted the lamp before Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Ganesh. In the evening a music concert was organized. The school music instructor and noted ghazal singer Mr. Ramjan Rizvi enchanted the gathering with his melodies. Mr. Pramod Khandeliya, noted industrialist was the chief guest to the occasion.

The opening ceremony of Jhunjhunu Academy, Preparation Classes for Sainik/Military/Navodaya Schools Entrance Examination was held on April 24th, 2012 at Wisdom City Campus. Mr Rohitash Lamoria, Ex-Navy Officer was the Chief Guest of the ceremony whereas Mr Mahi Pal Singh, Retd. ACP, Delhi Police presided over the ceremony. Mr Darshan Singh, International Basket Ball Player and Mr Om Prakash Kulhari, Retd. Engineer Army were the Guests of Honour of the ceremony. The formal function was started with Lamp Lighting before Goddess Saraswati. In his address to the students, Mr Rohitash Lamoria said that every student of this academy should feel proud for being the part of this academy, as it is the only CBSE School which is providing the best quality coaching and training for the preparation of Sanik, Military and Navodaya School. Mr Mahipal gave a clarion call to all the students to make the dreams of their parents and society true by serving the country. Mr Kulhari and Mr Darshan Singh also addressed the students. Dr Dilip Modi told that this academy would focus on the all round development of students through various games and sports, co-curricular activities of music and dance, indoor and outdoor gymnasium, art & craft, Judo and Taekwondo along with the best qualitative class room coaching. Dr Modi promised that Jhunjhunu Sainik Academy shall leave no stone un-turn in order to make every student successful in their goals. Mr Ravi Shankar Sharma, Mr K R Dhinwa, Mr Mool chand Jhajharia, Mr Ram Swaroop were also present in the ceremony. On this occasion the new wing of hostel was also inaugurated by the distinguished guests. The day of 30th December, 2012 wrapped in itself attention-grabbing glimpses of a Gala Youth Carnival as Jhunjhunu Academy hosted its traditional and multi – faceted event “Entrance Prime SAARANG” in the premises of Jhunjhunu International Wisdom City for the day long. The event was inaugurated through Lamp Lighting by Mr. Devkaran Singh, DEO Secondary and Mr. Virendra Singh Arya, Branch Manager at Sikar for Rajasthan Patrika. Apart from gala fun fair, several contests viz. Mr & Ms Fancy Contest, Jivem Prince & Princess contest, Dancing Star & Dancing Angel Contest and Jivem’s Best Dancing Crew Competitions were also organized. At the very outset in the Fancy Dress contest tiny tots of the schools in disguise get up hypnotized every one present in the arena. The spectators were spell bound when they witnessed stump breaking performances of dance performances in the contest of JIVEM Dancing Star & JIVEM Dancing Angel. After it when the students of the schools scattered multiple colors of fashion and personality on the ramp every one present over there felt goose bumps and the claps of the bystanders set the Wisdom City on vibration. In the contest JIVEM Best Dancing Crew, the stunning & exuberant dance performance of each group gave a new dimension and put the life in the show. Besides all these shows the centre attraction of the programme was a live tableaux displayed vital glimpse in the honour of woman conveying the message of RESPECT WOMANHOOD. This clipping prepared on social condition of womanhood shook the viewers and compelled them to think over the welfare of females. Science as well as Art Exhibition also won the hearts of the viewers in which models and items prepared by students were displayed. Thousands of visitors also enjoyed at the stalls installed by the students. 125 stalls of eatable, games and entertainment were installed in the approx. 39600 sq.ft. area. In his verbal communication Chairman, Jivem Education Pvt. Ltd. Dr. Dilip Modi unreservedly appreciated the whole event and extended his thanks to all invited guests, parents and students. Boarder’s Eve, a hive of cultural occurrences dawned upon at Wisdom City on New Year Eve. How different the evening was, observed the onlookers when colors of cultural feast unfolded. This cultural feast was comprised with performances of dancing prodigies, singing, laughter show, orchestra followed by many more proceedings. The programme began with the supplication of goddess of acumen and learning i.e. Sarswati all the way through Lamp Lighting in which Dr. Dilip Modi, Ms. Neeraja Modi, Mr. Ashutosh Modi, Ms. Ranu Modi, Mr. Akash Modi, Mr. Kurda Ram Dhivan and parents present at the moment took part. Assemblage of very vibrantly talented & skilled performers created a domain of magnetic dance power. The range of the performers seemed boundless. Touch of folk, bhangara and western dance performances imparted extra edge to the feast. Poetry of footsteps a blend of cosmic tunes, divine faiths, flowing & precise movements of dancing champs seized everyone’s breathing. The greatest extravaganza singing sensation of Sagar & Ujjawal with their orchestra rocked the stage and made this show such a huge hit. This singing sensation compelled everyone to be on toes and sunk in the fervor & gusto of enjoyment. Dr. Dilip Modi got pleasure from the performances and in his speech showed his appreciative attitude towards the qualitative performances and bestowed the students with his heartiest wishes of the New Year.

On the occasion of Basant Panchami, Jhunjhunu Academy Wisdom City hosted Gargi Prize Distribution Celebration under the guidelines of Girl Education Foundation, Rajasthan. Honourable Dist. Collector Mr. Jogaram presided the chair as Chief Guest and Mr. Sultan Singh, D EO, was the president of the Ceremony. In the programme the girl students who secured more than 75% were honoured with cash prize worth Rs. 2000 and a certificate. Whereas the girls who secured more than 75% in 12th class received cash prize of Rs. 5000 and certificate. In the celebration 1305 girl students of district were honored on their remarkable achievements. 121 girl students (Highest in nos. in Jhunjhunu District) of Jhunjhunu Academy. Over this achievement Education Department and JIVEM Administration appreciated the endeavors of the school.

Monday brought with it celebration of beautiful VAN MAHOTSAV, Where students and staff joined hands with the nature to share and spread joy and happiness. Programme started in evening following Indian rituals with the honorable presence of Chairman Dr. Dilip Modi, Managing Director Mrs. Nirja Modi, I & P Director Mr. Akash Modi, Hostel Superintendent Mr. Kurda Ram Dhinwa. A several students from almost all classes participated in programme for different activities and thanked Mother Earth by splattering the joy of being in this world.

Students splattered all colours of Lord Krishna through a perennial series of beautiful dances and devotional songs dedicated to Lord Krishna. Students were full of liveliness and gusto at wisdom city. Radha- Krishna ( Siddhima Singh-Saarth Sharma) with other students made the day a memorable one with their mesmerizing performances. Tejaswi-Kajal-Prachi-Aditi-Muskaan-Neha marvelously performed a classical dance on ‘Preet wich rang de’. Dedicating the song ‘Ras ke bhare tore Nain’ to Lord Krishna Namita and group filled the environment with love and devotion. Pratyush-Siddhartha and group gave a power-pack performance on Nand ke Lala. Dahi Matki competition was also held as an inter-house competition. Amidst the thunderous cheering of glee from the students, VENUS House won the competition breaking the ‘MATAKI’ hanging on a height of 40 feet. This energy, enthusiasm and devotion of students towards each and every aspect of life let that be Past, present or future makes Jhunjhunu Academy’s head high with pride. Principal Dr Ravishankar Sharma blessed the students and asked the students to follow the teachings of Lord Krishna. In the end, holy prasad was distributed among the students.

Valediction Ceremony for class 12 of 2013 was celebrated in Wisdom City with great fervor. The ceremony was filled with emotions from both students and learners. Dr Dilip Modi, Chairman and Mr Akash Modi, Infra & Planning Director were the Chief Guests in the ceremony. The ceremony started with a ganesh vandna act followed by a series of stupendous dance performances. The learners of class 12 presented the attractive ‘titles’ to their educators and received their blessings. Gifts were handed out to the students as well. S. Gomati, Niharika Kataria, Shrawan Choudhary and Ritu Dadheech spoke on behalf of class of 2013. All of them reflected their journey in the school and thanked the school for the traits and values that they learnt in the school. They spoke of the school\'s values of integrity, respect, self-discipline, work-ethic and participation. Dr Dilip Modi and Mr Akash Modi accompanied with Principal Dr Ravi S Sharma, CEO, GyanKutir Mr Shyam Sunder Sharma and Mr K R Dhinwa showered their blessings and wished good luck to all outgoing students. It is worth mentioning that an alumni Mr Pankaj Pareek now an actor was also present in the ceremony. Addressing the august gathering Mr Pareek remembered his school days and wished the students for their bright future. A delicious lunch was also organized for the students.

Amazing art work of Rangoli, thousands of Earthen lamps and candles glorified the whole campus of Wisdom City on the auspicious occasion of Deepotasav celebrated on October 14. It’s a tradition in Wisdom City, that before going on Diwali Break the students celebrate Diwali in school with their mentors and classmates. Students under the guidance of their respective class teachers festooned their classes with eye glistening Rangoli and earthen lamps. Students showed extraordinary skills in class decoration and Rangoli designing, students used zari, vivid shades of yellow, blue, pink fragrant dried flowers, glitters, beads etc to embellish diya, candles and rangoli and put every hard effort to make their class outstanding. Chairman Dr Dilip Modi, M D Mrs Nirja Modi, Play School Director Mrs Ranu Modi and Infra & Planning Director Mr Akash Modi toured the whole school and cheered with the students. Dr Ravi S Sharma, Principal Mrs Saroj Singh, H.M. and Dr Snehlata Shekhawat, Director School Management also accompanied the top officials. The management was amazed to see the splendid art work of the students. In the evening, boarders arranged a spectacular cultural evening on the occasion. The evening was marked by the beautiful bhajans, songs and gazals under the direction of music instructors Mr Ramzan Rizvi and Mr Ashok Tanwar. ‘Itti si hansi-Itti si Khushi’ and ‘salamat rahe dostana humara’ by the students received loud applauses. Besides this Ms Saroj Singh, H.M too presented a beautiful song. As the evening passed, students lit the thousands of earthen lamps and candles and enjoy the moment. At the end of the function, the students enjoyed the fireworks and greeted each other "Happy Diwali".
